Details

Some lines at the end of the diagnostics method for FLXSA were removed, that changed the calculation of the weights of the different sources that define the survvors in the terminal year. Now, the weights do not correspond to the outputs of the original XSA diagnostics. Putting these lines back results in working code that correctly presents the weights in the diagnostics.
